Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges -
We do not issue refunds for change of mind. We do however offer store credit if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase and the product is unworn and has original tags attached. Our credit notes do not have an expiration date.
If you believe the product is faulty, please email details and images to us at sales@monalisa.com.au. We can organise a refund, credit or exchange if a replacement cannot be offered.
Sale and Promo items -
We do not offer credit notes or exchanges on sale items.
Exchange of item -
Please post back to 17 Bath Lane Bendigo with a paid returned post bag included to send back to you.
Please note that all returned orders that received free shipping on initial order will be deducted $15 for express shipping costs upon return balance.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at sales@monalisa.com if you experience any delays.
