Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, we do however offer credit notes if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase if the product is unworn and has original tags attached.
SALE ITEMS - We do not offer credit notes or exchanges on sale items. So choose carefully.
If the product is faulty, please email us at sales@monalisa.com.au to organise a refund, credit or exchange if a replacement cannot be offered.
Exchange of item - please post back to 17 Bath Lane Bendigo with a paid returned post bag included to send back to you.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at sales@monalisa.com if you experience any delays.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
